⚽ Football Mania Clubs - Parent Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply when booking your child onto a Football Mania Club (“we”, “our”, “us”). By completing a booking, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and your child.
Our aim is to provide a safe, enjoyable, and inclusive environment where children can develop skills, make friends, and have fun through sport.
2. Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be made via our online booking system.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
- Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- You will receive confirmation by email once your booking and payment have been processed.
- We reserve the right to cancel or amend sessions if minimum numbers are not met or in unforeseen circumstances (see Section 9).
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Parent cancellations:
- More than 7 days before the start date – full refund or credit note.
- Within 7 days of the start date – no refund, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
- Session cancellations by us:
- If we cancel due to weather, venue closure, or staff illness, we’ll do our best to offer an alternative date, credit or refund.
- If an entire block of sessions is cancelled, a full refund or credit will be issued.
4. Child Welfare & Behaviour
- We expect all children to follow our behaviour guidelines and show respect to others and coaches.
- Persistent poor behaviour may result in removal from the club without refund.
- Bullying, swearing, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Please inform us of any behavioural, medical, or additional needs at the time of booking so we can make suitable arrangements.
5. Medical Information & Emergencies
- Parents/guardians must provide accurate medical details when booking.
- In the event of illness or injury, we may administer basic first aid and contact you (or your emergency contact) immediately.
- In serious cases, we may arrange for professional medical treatment or ambulance attendance.
- We will not accept liability for pre-existing conditions not disclosed to us.
6. Collection & Late Pick-Up
- Children must be signed out by a parent or authorised adult.
- If someone else is collecting your child, you must inform us in advance.
- Late pick-ups (after the advertised finish time) may incur a charge of £5 per 10 minutes to cover staff costs.
7. Personal Belongings
- We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal property brought to sessions (e.g., clothing, boots, watches, phones).
- Please ensure all items are clearly named.
8. Photography & Media Consent
- From time to time, we take photos and videos during our sessions for promotional use (e.g., social media, website, brochures).
- During booking, parents are asked to indicate consent via a Yes/No toggle.
- We will only use images of children whose parents have provided consent.
- Consent can be withdrawn at any time by emailing footballmania@prestigesportsdevelopment.co.uk.
9. Cancellations or Changes by Us
- We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or amend sessions due to weather, venue availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Where possible, we will notify parents in advance and provide an alternative session, credit, or refund.
- We are not liable for travel or other costs incurred as a result of cancellations beyond our control.
10. Health & Safety
- All sessions are delivered by qualified, DBS-checked coaches.
- We maintain appropriate insurance and first-aid provisions at every venue.
- Parents should ensure children bring suitable clothing, footwear, and a drink.
11. Liability
- We do not accept responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage unless caused by our negligence or breach of duty.
- Parents remain responsible for ensuring their child is fit to participate in physical activity.
12. Data Protection
- Personal data collected during booking is used solely for administration, safeguarding, and communication relating to our clubs.
- We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

13. Code of Conduct for Parents
- Encourage fair play and positivity.
- Support all children’s enjoyment, not just results.
- Treat coaches and other parents with respect.
- Do not share photos or videos of other children online without consent.

15. Agreement
By completing your booking, you confirm that:
- You are the parent/legal guardian of the child being registered.
- You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- You consent to us processing your information in line with our Privacy Policy.
- You understand that while all reasonable care will be taken to ensure safety, participation in sports activities involves some risk of injury. I confirm that my child is fit to take part and I accept that Football Mania & Prestige Sports Development Ltd cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage not caused by negligence.
